Fee Collection
Fees are billed twice yearly and are payable via the Direct
Debit System which spreads the payments over nine months,
commencing August and finishing the following April. There
is a small residual billing in June which bills any additional
items such as the second terms canteen lunches, this is collected
via a final Direct Debit in June.
Interest
The school will charge interest on overdue accounts.
Additional Charges
Evening study (Prep), some sports, music activities etc incur
extra charges, in addition the school may charge for additional/special
tuition. Parents will be advised where additional charges
apply. Montessori
School
Fees paid for children in the Montessori School are paid by
half yearly payments which are due the first week in September
and the first week in January.
In
the case of outstanding fees, we reserve the right to offer
that place to another child.
The
Montessori School will open and close on the same days as
St. Gerard’s Junior School and operate the same holidays.
Fees are based on a 33week school year.
Cheques
should be made payable to St. Gerard’s Montessori School.
