Hincesti
Orphanage - Moldova (7th
January 2009)
Ms
Louise O’Reilly, our Montessori Teacher worked with
the children of the Hincesti Orphanage last summer and we
are delighted to announce that €2000 from our Christmas
Bazaar haspurchased all of the Sports Equipment for the Orphanage.

This
was an outstanding performance by our JCT group led by Captain
Keith Carroll. This was clearly a game which our JCT deserved
to win and were most unlucky having dominated the entire first
half of the match.
A
special word of thanks to Mr Shaun McCarthy, Mr Jason Emery
and Mr Victor Drummy for their tremendous coaching and management
of this side. Well done to all involved and every good wish
to Wesley College JCT as they progress forward.

and were very dignified in defeat.

congratulations to the Senior Hockey Team and their captain
Storm Desmond on their start to their Senior Cup Hockey campaign
in defeating
Notre Dame 1 – 0 in the opening round of the Senior
Cup.
Great
credit is due to the team for the quality of their performance
in miserable weather conditions.
Congratulations
to the coaches Ms C McKean and Ms S Scott and we look forward
to the next round of the Leinster Senior Cup.
