St. Gerard’s School is a Catholic Co-educational private day school with a student population of 490 in the Senior School, 250 in the Junior School, and 20 in the Montessori. The school is administered by a Board of Governors as a charitable trust.
Situated on a magnificent site of approximately 60 acres overlooking Bray, St. Gerard’s has a long tradition of fostering excellence in academic achievement and in developing the skills and confidence of the student. The school aims to nurture the moral, spiritual, cultural and physical development of each individual to his or her full potential. The family, as the primary educator, shares responsibility for the students’ education by supporting the values and ethos of the school.
Since 1918 St. Gerard’s has been providing an education for children from all over Ireland and from overseas.
The Parents’ Association provides a forum for the third branch of the school community; the Parents.
