Congratulations to the following students who represented the school and won the third round of the CONCERN Debates:
- Killian Beashal
- Eoin Blunnie
- Gavin Dowd
- Brid O’Donnell (Captain)
They proposed the motion: “HIV & AIDS will be eradicated in our lifetime” and defeated a tough opposition team, St. Killian’s German School.
Many thanks also to Muireann Farrell who acted as timekeeper for the debate and to Ms. Alex Kavanagh for her dedication to the team.
