For the first time ever, St Gerard’s School had three athletes competing in the All Ireland Cross Country Final last Saturday in Co. Sligo
- Minor Race: Isabelle Carroll (1st year) ran a fantastic race to finish in 28th place
- Junior Race: Roisin Tracey (1st year) showed her athleticism and ran an excellent race to win Bronze
- Intermediate Race: Abbie Taylor (3rd year) fought off tough competition to finish in 6th position in the Intermediate Race
Both Abbie and Roisin have gained the honor of representing Ireland and St Gerard’s in the SIAB Schools’ International Cross Country, Callendar Park in Falkirk, Scotland.
