5th Year Retreat to Glenstal Abbey

Glenstal Abbey 5^th Year Retreat

80 Fifth Year students attended Glenstal Abbey for their Annual Retreat on Thursday and Friday 12^th and 13^th January. This was a very spiritually rewarding experience for all of the students who took part.  It offered a rare insight into Monastic life in the Abbey. We look forward to developing many years of interaction and contact with Glenstal Abbey on spiritual occasions such as these in the tradition of St. Benedict. Many thanks to Mr. Seamus Jennings, Ms. Alex Kavanagh, Ms. Eibhlin Ni Fheinneadha and Mr. Jason Emery for accompanying the students to Glenstal Abbey and ensuring the uniqueness of this valuable opportunity for them.
